NETT Championship standings for all quad classes have now been updated on Speedhive. So, now’s the time to work out what you need to do on the final rounds to improve your position and, if you haven’t already - put your entry in for Duns, 4/5 September – the last double header of the NETT 2021 season.
That’s not much more than a week away, so if you’ve not already signed up, please don’t delay, do it today!
And we have a further request… for the first time this season, we are looking for a few marshals. If you can help, or can bring along someone who can, please get in touch right away with Chief Marshal Colin Walker on 07825 913444.
Last time NETT did Duns in 2019, we saw some of the best racing of the season and there’s no reason for it to be any different this year. All the usual classes are open to youth and adult quads and adult sidecars, and the usual schedule applies too, with a gentle start on Saturday and a sharpish one on Sunday to let everyone get home again in good time!
The NETT Championship Class leader Oli Sansom will be at Duns of course and rumour has it his teammates in the newly selected British Quadcross Team - Dafydd Davies and Harry Walker – who will be representing the GB at the Quadcross of Nations event in France in October, will also be competing with us next weekend, so please come along to support them. And keep a look out for more details of exciting raffle prizes which are yours to be won in the fundraiser being run at Duns to support both the Quadcross and Sidecar teams.
We look forward to welcoming all our regulars and some new faces too - racing with us after the recent successful training days – day membership, and lots of help, is available to anyone who would just like to give the family-friendly NETT a try!
