Please be sure to have your number board on your tail for scrutineering and racing and cover up any numbers on your bike that don't match your race number. This really helps our timing team match you to your transponder at the beginning of each race day.

There will be a flag training/briefing session at riders briefing please attend with your young riders so you can support them in learning the flags making safer racing for all.

The club would like to encourage all quad riders across the classes to use standard type MX tyres, rather than the bigger sand tyres, at Fat Cats this weekend, particularly on Saturday's Club Championship event. Some of you may recall we made a similar request a couple of years back when we were at Preston Docks and by all accounts, it was well supported, and the track was much better for doing this.

Please park sensibly, spreading out as far as possible to maximise the space between vehicles/awnings etc to achieve regulation social distance. Please park with your awning/door side to your neighbour's blank side. Sidecar drivers and passengers can be parked adjacent to each other but must adhere to social distancing protocols.

Remember to pick up your timetable / programme when you sign on.

Scrutineering will take place on Saturday and Sunday at the same times as signing on. There is no scrutineering on Friday night. Machines / helmets / body armour etc will be inspected visually by the scrutineers under their supervision, the competitor will be asked to demonstrate the working condition of brakes, throttle etc.

10am Saturday and 8.30am Sunday - All riders must attend as this is where any changes to the running order / timetable will be announced. Parents of youths, please attend too.

There will be a prizegiving each afternoon, the first on Saturday about 5pm when winners of all youths / juniors will be awarded trophies from both rounds 3 and 4 which took place at Dean Moor last month. COVID 19 continues to be front of mind and we ask that everyone once again adheres to Government and ACU guidelines throughout the weekend. Please be aware that all competitors and their associates are responsible for abiding by and self-policing social distancing protocols. This means maintaining the 2m + rule and wearing masks when that's not possible.
