Each year, before the racing season, you will receive an email to ask you to resubscribe to the mailing list for the upcoming season. You will need to do this to remain on the mailing list. If you don't resubscribe, your name and email address will be deleted from the mailing list system. You are still free to subscribe again at any time.

You will then see a message that confirms your subscription has been cancelled, and you will also receive one last email to further confirm the cancellation of your subscription.

What do we store?

Who has access to the data?

We appoint Tynedale Websites to control this data for the creating and sending of our emails, and for managing the data. We do not share this data with any other 3rd parties, nor use it with any 3rd party services.
