The Presentation Dinner Dance is to be held at Hardwick Hall, Sedgefield, on Saturday 13th Novermber.  Arrive at 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start.

Following the committee meeting on 10th August, for the benefit of the long-term future of the club and to support the landowners commitment to us, it has been agreed that we will run a new round at the Blue Barns Raceway, Rowley on Sunday 26th Sept., which effectively claws back the July round that was removed from the schedule due to problems finding a venue for that date.

Please get your entries in for this last 2010 blowout as soon as you can after the double header at Wooley at the end of August.

Some good news for all "Iveston & Satley hosting the NETT" members.

As you are hopefully all aware, we've been trying to get confirmation of the services of the Durham Army cadets for the double header and we now have them confirmed. Obviously we need to pay these lads and lasses for their time, but the committee has agreed that the club should fund 50% of the costs to give something back to the club members for their support through what has been a better than expected year of racing.

Therefore, we will ask for  only £1.50 from each rider - TO BE PAID IN CASH AT SIGNING ON - on each day to cover the marshal costs.  We also hope that all riders and their teams will put on a good show for these lads and lasses, answer any questions they may have as they walk around and help generate their interest in the hope that we can ask them for their services again next season, which we will surely require.

After much negotiation following last years event, the committee can confirm it has gained agreement from Hardwicke Hall, Sedgefield to reconvene at their fine venue for this years presentation night dinner on Saturday the 13th November. Please see Gillian over the Wooley weekend and thereafter to book your places/get your tickets.

Accomodation is purely on a 1st come, 1st served basis at Hardwicke itself (remember, there's a Premier Inn just down the road for latecomers ;-) ) but there is a special NETT members room rate available upon request (so do remember to ask for it, please) - the venue will remain open to other guests during our event, so please book your rooms ASAP, as we do not have it all to ourselves.
